Refunds or Exchanges for change of mind:
Please consider your purchase carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds for damaged/faulty products:
Each product is checked prior to dispatch to ensure they are free from damage and faults. In the unlikely event that products do arrive damaged or faulty, please send an email to info@ourhometobe.com.au including your name, order number and a photo of the defect. This must be done within 14 days from the order placement date.
We may request further information and/or for the buyer to ship back the goods. After receiving additional information and/or the goods, we will assess the product and if deemed damaged or faulty we will issue a full product refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of ourhometobe.com.au.
